Grand Avenue Pattaya - Pool-view Suite, 55sqm

The location of the hotel was great! Everything we needed was within walking distance, with easy access to ride-sharing and the beach. The intermediate person who gave us the keys was very responsive and tried to get us the amenities we expected. In the end, it was good value based on moderate expectations.

Amenities in the bathroom were either sparce or missing -- 1 very small bar of soap, no lotion... Visibility between the shower and bedroom was not blocked. you could always see directly into the bathroom when in the bedroom. There was a sign in the room that surprised us regarding the use of air conditioning and the threat of being hit with a follow-up bill if it was determined to be excessive (i.e. left on all day), but it was probably necessary for excessive users. It did impress us to make sure to turn it off when we left for the day, however. The room was not furnished with for 2 beds. We had to request additional bedding for the foldout double bed in the living room and were provided a bottom sheet and blanket only. I just may not be familiar with local accommodations.

I was suspicious about so many great comments about the facilities... and this is true! a fantastic location, facilities ( room, Gym, swiming pool) easy access acess, secure and as good for solo travelers than families. I think so far the best place I stayed in many years coming to Pattaya and still at decent price! To be strongly recommended! very nice host easy check in and even easier check out!

Nothing really, at the beginning it is a bit complicated to navigate in this massive compound but after once you got your bearing, you defenitly at home!
