Park View Coastal Oasis Barwon Heads Pet friendly

We loved out stay at this place, it was a great spot, a moderate yet easy walk into town. with many great areas to sit and relax. It was easy to check in and had a great set up kitchen as well. Look forward to our next stay.

The place was great and well equipped the only recommendation i would make is to bring your own pillows, apart form that that beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for relaxing.

Location, beds, living area, TVs upstairs and downstairs

Trees scraping against the roof at night in the wind BBQ needs a forensic clean or replacement 4th bedroom doesn’t have a door ( not mentioned in booking info ) Third bedroom window wouldn’t open ( not ideal given the weather Pots and pans need replacing Carpets need a thorough clean, lots of dog hairs evident. Vacuum cleaner just works. Handle of sliding door downstairs and surrounding glass covered in powder. ( looked like the police had been and were looking for fingerprints)

It was clean and well presented. With lots of space and good amenities

Needs a couple more mirrors and a hairdryer.

The property was very spacious and was in a good location, not too far from the beach and had a lovely children's park and fields to let the dogs run in just across the road. The house stayed pretty cool even through some very warm weather we didnt need to run the air con much. We loved the coffee machine and pods and the kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was secure so we could let the dogs sit outside in the sun without having to watch them constantly. Also liked that there was a tap outside so we could wash off any sand and clean and let the dogs dry after the beach before going back inside. It was great to have a bath to relax in after a day at the beach. The property was clean and the polished concrete floors lovely. It is a great property for a family stay especially if you are bringing a pet. The communication from the host was great.

The shower door leaked even when closed properly so we had to use lots of towels to catch the water so the bathroom floor didnt flood and the temperature in the shower was also inconsistent and couldn't seem to get it to stay on a consistent temperature without it going really hot or cold intermittently. The coffee machine water tank also leaked water. Suggestion for owners to have a high chair available at the property to make it even better and perhaps replace the rain shower head with a twin shower head for convenience and ease, especially when showering little family members. Apart from these small minor things that didnt affect our stay, it was great overall and would stay again
