Sve je potpuno novo, besprekorno čisto i mirišljavo, a zgrada je nova i odlično opremljena – stan ima baš sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Apartman na 8. spratu je sjajan, lift vodi direktno do garaže, a komunikacija sa vlasnicom je bila izuzetno korektna i prijatna. Preporuka od srca, rado ćemo se vratiti!

Novo, komforno, čisto, parking u garaži. Desetak minuta laganog hoda do Širokog sokaka.
Nedostatak noćnih lampi.

Леп апартман у новијој згради. Уредно је и чисто. Локација је добра, на пешачкој удаљености од центра.
Нисмо добили паркинг у подземној гаражи иако пише у опису смештаја и у другим рецензијама да има подземна гаража. То је био главни разлог зашто смо се одлучили за резервацију, а на крају смо се упаркирали на препуном паркингу испред зграде.
