Very clean, staff were amazing, they even did our laundry. Was close to everything. Very safe and great communication.

Beds are so hard. But the rooms are beautiful and clean.

The location is exceptional in the City of Bitola..The Apartment is very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and room is big and the bathroom is very modern and amazing with skylight. From the room you can go on the balcony where you can seat and enjoy coffee with beautiful view.We enjoyed everything in this Apartment best Apartment we ever booked through Booking com. The Owner and Staff are amazing .Always answering on time if you have to ask something and very helpful. They care a lot for their guests and they will do everything to make guests satisfied and happy. So easy to communicate and very professional. I will rrecommend to everyone this Apartment who is visiting Bitola..IStaying in this Apartment worth for the money you will pay because of the Central location.of the Apartment ,Beautiful and Clean Acomodation and Lovely and Helpful staff and Owner. I will definitely stay here with my Family again on my next visit to Bitola. The apartment is of the highest quality in all regards, right in the very centre of the town

Just before arriving you shall be in WhatsApp contact with the management so to receive explanation where to park, otherwise it's difficult to do it yourself. Payments are only accepted in cash, which is very common in Northern Macedonia

The location was very good.

I booked a specific room but was given something completely different. As soon as I realized the apartment was not what I had booked, I contacted the owner; however, his explanation was that he had given the apartment to someone else. I don’t understand how this happened, since I booked the room one month in advance. Additionally, as it was winter, the room was very cold and the heating was poor—especially in the bathroom, where there was no heating at all. The pictures on Booking did not match the reality of the apartment. Overall, it was not worth the price, and the experience was very underwhelming.
