More than met our expectations. Spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped and convenient location. Car parking was safe and secure.

Everything was perfect, just the door handle to the bathroom was missing on the outside, great place, good stay.

Good location near town centre, off street parking and spacious room.

Owner left washing in washing machine, left other washing drying on an airer, there were no details about food or internet access. Owner did not respond when asked about wifi details.

The value is great. Good alternative if you can't find a place in Cologne. It has all the facilities needed (washing machine, kitchen, wifi, etc.) and it was very clean.

It is a little far from Leverkusen Mitte but the walk is very nice. The pillows are too soft and don't have a consistent density.

Katastrofálne ubytovanie

Parkovisko že bolo v cene, nič viac

Na fotkách vyzerá ubytovanie čisto a novo. Realita je: Špinavá vaňa(ktorú sme si museli umyť pred použitím) Staré rozpadnuté postele. Všade pavučiny,a doslova zanedbané upratovanie. Lepkavá zem. Majiteľka absolútne nekomunikovala. V ubytovaní neskutičná zima. Tv ? 7 programov a skoro všetky východné. Celkovo ubytovanie neodporúčam!!! Nechápem dobré hodnotenia!!!!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt

Es wurden alle Informationen vor Ankunft übermittelt, sodass der Check-In super schnell und einfach ging. Es gab alles, was man für eine kurzen Aufenthalt brauchen könnte. Die Decken auf den Betten waren schön weich und die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet.

Es war recht kalt in der Wohnung und wir haben auch keine Heizung gefunden.

Größe gut, Betten bequem und leise Gegend!

Unser zugeteilter Parkplatz Nr. 4 war leider besetzt. Gott sei Dank war ein anderer wohl vom Vermieter bekannter Nachbar da, der uns mitteilte, wir können uns auf dem Parkplatz mit festen Kennzeichen stellen, aber diese wären nicht da. Es hat dann auch geklappt. Die Dunstabzugshaube war leider verdreckt, die wir dann gar nicht benutzt haben, waren verwundert über den alten Herd mit den 4 Platten drauf, haben schauen müssen, wir er überhaupt funktioniert mit den dazugehörigen Knöpfen an der Seite! Badevorhang viel zu niedrig, daher zu lang, noch liegend in der Badewanne, müsse kürzer sein oder die Stange viel höher!

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Ist das Geld nicht wert

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen ,hat einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof (was wirklich nur für gute Auto fahrer/ Parker geeignet ist)und hat WLAN da man sonst keinen Empfang in der Wohnung hat. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war bemüht. Das ist leider auch das einzige was ich positiv berichten kann.

Die Wohnung war dreckig und wir hatten keine sauberen Handtücher. Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen und wo ich enden soll. - Wanne , Waschbecken und WC herunter gekommen und nicht ordentlich gereinigt -Staub auf den Möbeln und dem Boden -dreckige Spiegel - lauter Kühlschrank - Badezimmer und Schränke sind zugestellt mit Putzmittel, Bettwäsche , Bügelbrett und dreckig / stinkigen Handtücher - die Bettwäsche / Bettlaken hatten Löcher - das Sofa ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist defekt - Im Flur kein Licht und die Stehlampe ist defekt - Heizung im Flur , die Wohnung war kalt Ich könnte noch einiges mehr an negativem von der Wohnung sagen. Mir ist bewusst dass ich kein Hotel gewählt habe aber Sauberkeit sollte ein muss sein wenn ein ständiger Personen wechsel stattfindet.

Mooi en schoon appartement Afspraken rond sleuteloverdracht prima geregeld. Auto op eigen parkeerplaats via een tunneltje op binnenplaats is ook heel fijn

Bij binnenkomst was het bloed en bloed heet. De tegelvloerverwarming was zeer heet afgesteld. We konden nergens deze uitschakelen waardoor de temperatuur ondanks open ramen erg hoog bleef

Das es sehr stadt gelegen ist

Es war dort sehr schmutzig. Die Betten waren zum Teil Kaputt 'die Latten waren kaputt' das größte war die unsauberkeit der Boden hat sehr geklebt das Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig von duschen war da keine Rede.
