The room was very clean and stocked for the 6 of us. It was a nice surprise to find beach chairs and umbrella also games for the grandchildren to play with. I would definitely recommend Palace to family and friends. We have already started planning our stay for July 2027! Oh and I must say I really liked that the team stayed in touch with me from our drive from Ky throughout our stay and until we left Myrtle Beach! We loved everything the room, the view just everything about Palace Unit 408!
It's not really a dislike and I've talked to management about it but the water pressure in the master bedroom was slow but no big deal.

The place was clean and in a great quiet location.
One of my balcony doors was broken but I was able to fix it and keep it closed. I would try to get a king bed instead of that queen. I had to move the bed because of the head board 😉. The wait on the elevators are probably the only thing I really can complain about.
