Center of Negev - Full Apartment - Close to Soroka Hospital & BGU

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten. Viel Platz und gut gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem, es ist sauber, es gab Tee und Kaffee, shampoo etc. Sehr zu empfehlen!

דירה נוחה וממוקמת בהלכה קצרה לסורוקה יעל בעלת הדירה תמיד דאגה ושאלה אם מסתדרים

המיקום של הדירה מצוין בסמוך לרחוב הראשי (רגר) ליד אונ' בן גוריון ובי"ח סורוקה. בסמוך לדירה מגוון גדול מאוד של מסעדות, בתי קפה וסופרים ואפילו תחנת דלק (שהיתה בה חניה בחינם). מאוד נוח ובאופן מפתיע גם שקט.

The main advantage is that the apartment is near to Ben Gurion University. It was only a 10 minute walk to my office.

The apartment is on the second floor of a very old building. There is an elevator but often it isn’t working so in our case we had to carry heavy bags up and down two flights of stairs. The apartment is on two levels so one must go up stairs to get to the bedrooms. Overall the place is dark and not so appealing in terms of the views but the biggest negative was the lack of a parking space and how noisy the place was. The apartment faces a concrete courtyard where there are several restaurants. One night there was loud music and boisterous crowd noise coming from one of the restaurants until quite late. A minor point but the mirrors in the bathroom are so low that standing in front one doesn’t see one’s face at all.
