La première chambre très bien. Bonne qualité matelas au calme. Personnel aimable et disponible Emplacement très bien

La dernière nuit nous avons changé de chambre. Celle ci était insalubre. Douches bouchée rats dans les faux plafond nettoyage pas fait. Pas de télécommande de clim Visiblement chambre de secours jamais utilisée. Le personnel a pris note mais n'a rien corrigé. Avons eu une réduction du prix de la chambre. Je ne pense pas que cette chambre puisse être louée à l'origine c'est parce que nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire et que les autres chznlrezs étaient réservées.

The location is great, down a side street and then little alley not far from the night market, and in sight of the river. It's ok as a budget place.

We'd booked a week and were put in a dark not very nice room for the first night. We asked to change and they moved us to a much better one with a nice window and bit of a view. We suggest ask to see the room and if it doesn't match the pics on the website ask to change. The staff tried to be pleasant, and they advertise minivan and bus services. But be cautious about buying them here, the younger staff ordered us tickets on to Vang Vieng but told us all the wrong information about schedule etc so we had to wait around a few hours before it really was due.
