I loved the neighbourhood where it is located. The apartment is very spacious for two people and I love the decoration. The host came to check us in, which is something we appreciated.
The neighbourhood is very nice but the downside it that is very noisy due to some pubs putting the music very loud. The isolation in the apartment is not enough, so expect to hear loud music until late at night. Maybe the host could invest in better isolation systems?

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Τα εξάρχεια συνδυάζουν πολιτισμό και κουλτούρα. Εξαιρετικό σπίτι, value for money 100%. Όλα ανακαινισμένα, ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, ότι χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι. Ζεστό νερό συνέχεια. Εξαιρετικά συνεργάσιμος ο σπιτονοικοκύρης, άμεσες απαντήσεις.

The apartment was very beautiful, well-designed, and furnished with incredibly nice hosts.
Unfortunately, the apartment was directly above a night club with loud (live) music the entire night. We switched apartments the next day as it was impossible to sleep, even with earplugs and white noise in the background. Therefore, we don’t recommend staying there if you want a relaxed and quiet stay.
