Location: great, short walk to beach, owners great
A table (however small) would have been great, even if only in the very big bathroom (if nowhere else is possible), as eating and working on the bed is not ideal; an airer for clothes would have been nice (there is a washing machine, which is great, but no way to hang up the laundry).
The fridge was clean except for something indistinguishable and extremely moldy in the freezer compartment - the fridge must have been turned off for quite a while without being properly emptied before.
Bus connection could have been better, next bus stop is quite a walk away along a busy main road, partially without a sidewalk

Not Close to beach. A long steep walk to the beach.
A big up hill walk from the bus stop.
