Nice stay in Puerto Escondido

Spacious and clean. Had all we needed. Washing machine in premises was nice to have.

There's only AC in the room, the living room/kitchen only have ceiling fans and it was pretty hot inside. The pool was not too big and part of another hotel with stools for a pool bar which was nice. Unfortunately the pool was clearly not cleaned often, was plenty full of dead bugs and leaves.

Great Apartment close to the beach

Very nice apartment with a nice Garten and good light. Has everything you need and a lot of space. It was very comfortable and the location is very close to the beach, although not on the party corner, but is is close enough to reach it fast.

The neighbors pool which we have access to, was not very clean and it is not a family pool. The curtains are not very good to darken the room, so we got sunlight pretty early. I feel this apartment could have some minor renovations and be perfect. Sofabed was not confortable. Still it is a great Apartment.

Bien, con algún pero.

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y espacioso. La ducha esta genial. La piscina (queda en el edificio al otro lado de la calle) estaba bastante bien.

El check-in fue a las 22:30 y tuvimos que esperar casi media hora a que alguien nos abriese. El internet fue un desastre. Hubo problemas con el proveedor de internet y no tuvimos WiFi ni TV ningun dia de la estancia (6 noches). Aunque pone que era con vistas al mar, nuestro apto. Piso bajo a la izquierda no las tenia.

Está muy bien ubicado, por si quieres ir a visitar las playas alrededor o si por la noche quieres salir está súper ubicado.

A pesar de que si tiene un pequeña vista al mar uno se imaginaría algo más por lo que indican, igual porque la habitación fue la de planta baja.

Una estancia bien ubicada

La ubicación y su balcón con vista al mar.

Tuvimos comunicación únicamente con la señora Juana por WhatsApp y por teléfono. Yo contraté un servicio de hotel, sin embargo pareció mas bien un departamento de Airbnb. Sin embargo, nadie vino a recibirnos, el anfitrión le delegó toda la responsabilidad a Juana. Nadie vino a hacer la limpieza después de la primera noche. A pesar de que el hotel decía que tenía alberca, la alberca pertenecía a los bungalows Oasis que se ubica enfrente. El hotel no contaba con estacionamiento, el aire acondicionado solamente se encontraba en el dormitorio y en el resto del espacio solamente tenía abanico. El internet no funcionaba bien. En general el espacio está descuidado. Yo le tuve que avisar a Juana que los canceles de los mosquiteros estaban descompuestos para evitar que después nos hicieran responsables de ello. Creo que el precio no está acorde con la calidad del sitio. Es muy importante que siempre describan correctamente las características y condiciones del lugar que ofrecen.

La ubicación es buena y el lugar amplio.

La alberca no está en el mismo lugar, hay que cruzar la calle y compartir con los huespedes del hotel de la alberca, la última noche que estuvimos se fue la luz y solo cuentan con planta de luz para el agua, tuvimos que dormir sin aire con tremendo caloron, lo arreglaron hasta el día siguiente.

Muy cómodo y muy buena comunicación

La ubicación está muy bien porque está justo en el centro de la playa de Zicatela y para moverte a la Punta puedes coger colectivos o ir andando (20-30min). El alojamiento es muy cómodo y tiene lavadora para hacer colada. La señora Juana es muy atenta y está disponible por allí o al teléfono en todo momento. Hubo una equivocación con booking y ella se comportó muy bien. Así que lo recomiendo!!

Experiencia familiar en siete mares

La ubicación es excelente, un barrio tranquilo, todo céntrico. Si quieres ir hacia las playas del oeste o hacia el este, estás en un punto medio. La vista de la playa es muy bonita, la alberca tiene sombra en el día y el restaurante también muy bueno en la tarde-noche. El personal muy amable. Sin duda volvería.

Quizás un aire acondicionado en la sala estaría super.

El personal es increíblemente amable. La señora Juana estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa con suma disposición.

El colchón de una de las camas estaba sumido, creo que es por viejo pero era bastante incómodo
