This house left us with good memories.

It's comfortable to stay at this house with friends, and the apartment has all the necessary things.

The house is a little far from the center, but transportation is close by.

The place is very spacious and high ceiling and well equipped with everything we need. great location for us get to Olympics games, very clean too, over all we enjoy our stay.

The pillows are very flat and also there were unknow noise coming from the plumbing >_<

The apartment was good and enough for couple of days. It has main shops around which make it easy to get basic things as the supermarket is near by and a coffee shop.

Average, but not centrally located and I had my cell phone stolen in the "C" line near the Zara Stat

There was no ventilation-no window opened. Only a floor fan to circulate air. It became very hot at night even though it was not in the summer. The king bed had a seam in the middle and made ones body gravitate towards the center seam of the bed making it uncomfortable.

These two answers are reversed in the order I have answered them. Quiet, clean, spacious and well equipped with downstairs laundry and exercise facilities and extra paper etc

Fantastic, very cosy, atmospheric, and comfortable place.

The apartment is really excellent. The house is very cosy, not high, stylish villa. Nice and quiet surroundings. Historical buildings around. To have three balconies is very comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped and everything works perfectly. You can use coffee maker in basement as well many things useful for cooking. Good connection with tramway 5 not far to Main Railway Station Milano Centrale and metro station Marche Is very near. It gives quiet place with good access to Milano aattractions. We recommend Villa Massari as well for couples as for up to 4 persons groups or families.

The toaster caused a short circuit when we used it, there weren’t additional plastic bags for the bins, and the microwave socket was a little far which made it slightly inconvenient.

It was interesting, quite, good place to stay in and enjoy vacation.

It was in good condition, pretty, very good quality and everything was enough for staying.

Everything was fine, only one thing for ladies was that they can’t get a shower without washing their hairs, but in general everything was great.

Nice place, but no real AC

The apartment itself was nice and well located, but the listing says it has air conditioning, which was the main reason we booked. In reality, there was no functioning AC only two fans, which weren’t shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the temperature was over 30°C every day, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Because of this, I won’t be returning, which is a shame since everything else about the place was good.

Over all a great stay!

We had a great time at Villa Massari during our stay. The location was great as it was within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and a few metro stations, and 30 30-minute walk from Milano Centrale. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities we needed for the stay. There is also a communal kitchen, laundry, and a small on-site gym in the basement, which was very convenient. The host was reachable via WhatsApp and Booking.com chat and responded promptly to our queries.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was no AC in the bedroom. There was one in the living room/kitchen and a small fan in the bedroom, which was alright as it wasn't too hot during our stay. An additional complaint I have (not specific to this property) is the mosquitoes. As we had to open the windows for the room to be cooler and for ventilation, we struggled quite a bit with mosquitoes.

Quite run down property repurposed as short term rental apartments. Very poor maintenance, uncomfortable beds and sofa beds. No functional air conditioning on arrival. After a lot of back and forth, they managed to find a room cooler for one of the apartments and the other apartment only got the room cooler the 2nd day. The room cooler required the windows to be kept open as the plastic duct extracted the external air and circulated in the room with dodgy curtains which essentially allowed the mosquitoes to feast on my family (kids) all night leaving them with awful bites and swollen arms and legs (let alone the risk of infection). There was a maintenance person at the property who did not speak English so the communication was really tough. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sofa bed in the one bedroom apartment (meant for 4 adults) was not fit to sleep in as very flimsy and completely sunken in the middle.

Cozy place, excellent value for money. The property didn't provide the invoice ever.

The location is great - in a quiet area, but close to the metro and just a few stops on tram N 5 from the central station, a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. The host has thought about the convenience of visitors and the place offers great little amenities. The place is clean, the air conditioning cools well, and the design of our apartment was modern and pleasant. The communication with the host is easy and smooth.

It would be good to have a guidance how to use the air condition. I didn't get an invoice, regardless that I have been told to expect it in 12 days.

A nice location for a little friend's gateway

We grabbed the keys off a little secured box outside the apartment after getting the check in instructions from an email the day of our arrival, and everything was pretty clear in said email. The host(s) were reactive and quick to help via the what's app number provided, and we had a lovely stay at this location. It was conveniently placed in between a Tram and Metro station, and just a few minutes away from the center of Milan. I would definitely book this location again if I ever came back to Milan for a short trip!

I would say that the neightborhood was a little dangerous especially at night, which is not really the host's fault, but I would recommend being careful if walking home alone or with a girls only group at night!

A nice and practical stay in Milan.

This place offers a good value stay with ample space and nice location. The instructions at the entrance are clear and the hosts are helpful. The addition of a kitchen and laundry facilities is very nice.

In the bedroom, one of the windows had faulty blinds which could not be used so I got a lot of sunlight in my room early in the morning. Although this is my subjective opinion, some of the furniture my bedroom looked quite dark and unappealing. The villa itself is nice, so I would suggest replacing some furniture which fits the style of the house.

Good value for money. Spacious and well lighted. Good location. Not crowded.

I’ve been there for 6 nights and there was no cleaning or change of towels during the stay. Another inconvenience is that at the checkout you have to open the gate with the key and return it back to the safe place. My room was on the top floor and I had to leave all my stuff at the open gate and climb upstairs to leave the key. It would be good if there’d be some sort of lock downstairs for keys when check out.

Great place poor management responses

Clean beds were comfortable and quite location easy access. Had all the essentials needed towels cutlery.

The apartment we booked was apartment with balcony we were under the impression it would be the furnished balcony that is in the pictures but as there were no pictures of the balcony on the room we booked when we got their it was a standing balcony (Juliet balcony) no furniture I feel this should have been mentioned in the description as we felt miss informed due to not having all the information. We mentioned this to the owners but were met with well it says balcony we don't have to specify if it's seated or not. There were then emails back and forth me messaging the evidence him saying they were not at fault and all the information was there even when it wasn't. This back and forth all holiday rather than I'm sorry we will make sure to update the room with the correct information and description really put a downer on our stay. We did think oh we would stay again maybe but after the reply from the management no change. Also take good reviews with a pinch of salt as we were sent an email just before check out that if we were thinking of leaving a bad review that they would look into our issue and offer a partial refund paying the guest off for good reviews just screams unprofessional.

this is not like it looks on the photos

check in easy, an email with the codes, and the keys were there in a box.

the appartment did not look like the photos at all. it was small, dark, very noisy at night (people going up and down the stairs and doors being slammed. the bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. overall, disappointed at what we paid for what we got. i would not recommend.

I think it would be a better experience if the room had an AC

The property was extremely clean which I loved. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, modern and taken care of.

No AC. Very hot. You can open windows which attracted different bugs which bit my kids. Oh, the windows were on the roof, sunroof. Basically all the bugs that is on the roof they got in when opened the windows. I was told that the room was on the 2nd floor, the second floor appeared to be on the 3rd. Very inconvenient to go up the stairs with suitcases. The area is nice, and quiet, but it’s not much to do. The grocery store is about 10 minutes walking.

Calm and nice neighborhood. Great value for money

It’s quiet and calm, the neighborhood is nice. It’s a nice place to come and relax after a long day of walking. The water pressure was good on the first floor. And we had hot water every time. Beds were confortable. We had everything we needed to make ourselves a nice breakfast. And the common room with coffee bar was the perfect amenity for our group. There’s nothing like having a nice espresso before heading out for a day of sightseeing. There is an additional restroom in the common area downstairs. Which is a lifesaver if you’re traveling with a group. We got our instructions for contactless check in on the day of the check in. The instructions for check in and check out were timely and clear. We did use a link sent to us to pay for the tourist tax. So don’t worry if they requiere you to do the same. It all perfectly normal. I would definitely stay here again..!

The WiFi wasn’t great. So bring your own internet connection if you need it for work. It’ll do okay to send a few messages here and there.

Great location and easy to get to anywhere in milan with public transport all close, Nice garden to relax in when weather was nice.

Room wasn't cleaned once whilst there and was staying for 5 nights even though paid 56 pound cleaning fee, asked for fresh towels and was told no by cleaner. Shower was awful took ages to even get wet as trickled out.
