The communications with the host was outstanding, the instructions were very easy to use and understand, the apartment was very clean and modern, the view was great for our needs and stay, using the facilities and getting around was great with public transportation, the best for us was that there was a grocery store and drug store within the block complex and extremely convenient, the elevator access to the floors was very helpful for us. Highly recommend this place for a weeks stay.

Everything met our needs, our access to the apartment was easy and the building was quiet and we only saw a couple other tenants during our stay. If possible it would be beneficial to have the hall motion lights stay on - active for a bit longer of time to aid in seeing to open the apartment door especially with items that you are carrying.

Apartament był bardzo czysty i widać, że jest odnowiony. W łazience jest bidet i prysznic, czysto i estetycznie. W kuchni mieliśmy wszystko co potrzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt: sztućce, talerze, kubki, szklanki, kieliszki a nawet przyprawy i oliwa. Był płyn do zmywania i ścierki. Ponadto ekspress z kapsułkami i kilka herbat. Mieszkanie jest słoneczne ale ma rolety i ciemne zasłony. Okna dobrze wyciszają miejski hałas. Mieszkanie znajduje się 15 min pieszo od Dworca Centralnego, chociaż okolica jest mało atrakcyjna, tuz obok znajduje się doskonale zaopatrzony duży supermaket oraz kawiarnia na poranne śniadanie i kawę.

Dość niejasno jest opisany dostęp do apartamentu, a dokładnie błędnie podany jest kod do domofonu i metodą prób i błędów, udało nam się rozszyfrować jak wejść na klatkę.

Tem cama, cozinha, o básico e só. Com boa vontade e disposição o apt dá para melhorar.

* o chuveiro aquece durante 3 minutos, para lavar o cabelo tem que ser na água fria. * os condicionadores de ar deram defeito + 30° 🔥 * existe um exaustor (coifa) na cozinha que não funciona porque não está instalado. * foi uma pessoa fazer manutenção no ar condicionado que ligou a torneira sem o sifão no lugar que inundou o pequeno apt. * no booking diz ter estacionamento, mas é na rua, tem que contar com a sorte porque existe mais carros do que pessoas. Há um estacionamento privativo por 40 euros a noite, CARÍSSIMO! * não existe a vista que está nas fotos do booking, o apt é no primeiro andar e não vemos nada.
