Cosy and comfortable apartment. Clear instructions for accessing. Working WiFi. It was clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet area.

One of the main reasons I chose this apartment was the free parking, unfortunately this was not the case.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The instructions were clear, location was great, it was clean and comfortable. The only thing is the flight of stairs to reach the place. Otherwise its worth it!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger und guter Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Susanne ist eine außergewöhnlich freundliche Gastgeberin die uns mit sehr guten Tips versorgt hat. Die schöne, ruhige, kleine Wohnung befindet sich in einem Dachgeschoß in einem alten Haus in sehr guter Lage in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone von Dijon. Alles ist perfekt sauber und funktionell, es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist zum Teil eine alte Holztreppe, zum Teil etwas steil, vielleicht für Leute, die etwas unsicher auf steilen Treppen sind etwas schwierig.

Alles war wunderbar (bis auf das Wetter).

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad y disponibilidad de la propietaria. El apartamento es muy acogedor y cómodo. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Está muy bien ubicado, al lado de una parada de Tram y del centro.

Las escaleras para llegar al apartamento son un poco incómodas, pero forman parte del encanto del lugar

L'accueil charmant de Suzanne et la présentation de l'appartement, les petites attentions : capsules de café, chocolat, tisanes... sont appréciables et facilitent le démarrage !

Juste un mode d'emploi pour le téléviseur !!! mais la découverte de Dijon est suffisamment riche pour ne pas en avoir besoin...

Appartement agréable, proche centre ville.

Bel appartement, bien décoré et très propre. Plutôt calme sur la rue (double vitrage). Stores fenêtre qui assombrissent bien (pas complètement occultants). Petite cuisine séparée de la pièce principale (lit, TV, table...). Salle d'eau séparée aussi. Cuisine équipée (micro onde, frigo, machine à café avec dosette et aussi excellente dosette de chocolat caramel!). Wifi efficace. Pas vu l'hôte mais très réactive par mail et arrangeante pour récupérer valise un peu plus tard. Merci !

Rien de majeur. Juste les parties communes typiques des vieux bâtiments. Vieil escalier en bois. Pas évident pour certains avec gros bagage (3 escaliers au total). La porte du bas un peu dure : pousser fort (le préciser dans les instructions). Clés un peu grosses pour la boite à clé (j'ai eu du mal à y rentrer toutes les clés en partant). Odeur un peu forte du produit dans la salle de bain/WC. Peut-être pour masquer odeur (égoûts ou autre...). Pour quelqu'un très sensible au bruit, on entend un peu les voitures (mais rue pas très passante).
