Die Wohnung könnte eigentlich ein kleiner Traum eines Ostsee Urlaubs sein. Es hat viel Potenzial nach oben.
Die Sauberkeit hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen, wer es dreckig mag, kann gerne kommen. Die Blätter auf den Balkon und die Fensterbretter, waren voll mit einer grünen Schicht. Die Dusche schimmelt im unteren Teil und das Problem mit den Türschloss ist IMMER NOCH (seit 2023) nicht behoben, bis der Schlüssel wirklich mal abbricht! Dicke Spinnweben unter den Küchenschränken! Farbeimer und diverses Putzmittel überall verteilt. Es ist wirklich schade, die Wohnung an sich ist wirklich schön! ÄNDERT ES BITTE. Bei einem Problem, wo man angerufen hat, hieß es wir sind zu dumm, das Personal wirkte ständig überfordert.

Lage und Ausstattung
Pkw-Stellplatz in Tiefgarage war für SUV nicht geeignet, zugewiesener Parkplatz war ca. 500 m entfernt. Bei täglichen Ausflügen in die Umgebung einfach hinderlich.
