W promocji akceptowalny sosunek jakości do ceny - w standardowej cenie nie polecam obiektu. Byliśmy drugi rok z rzędu i po tym czasie obiekt to nieporoumienie.
Praktycznie brak możliwości odpoczynku dla osób dorosłych - przez cały czas możliwość korzystania z saun i basenów przez dzieci przez co nawet późnym wieczorem brak możliwości wypoczynku, dodatkowo w dniu wyjazdu brak możliwości skorzystania z basenu pomimo braku ratownika - doba do 11 basen dostępny od 12 - to jakieś nieporozumienie. Wystrój standardowo góralski ale łóżko to nieporozuminie nigdy w sypialni bym takiego nie wstawił - najgorszy materac na którym spaliśmy. Dodatkowo pomimo informacji na booking o widoku z apartamentu nie masz gwarancji widoku na tatry - my właśnie tak trafiliśmy. Szkoda ponieważ rok wcześniej przeżycia były świetne a teraz to jakaś pomyłka. W restauracji brudne dywany i krzesła co zniechęca do przebywania w niej pomimo dobrego jedźenia.
