The accommodation is very clean and organized. We have not meet anybody but the keys were left în a safe box so no problems with check in. The cafeteria who provide breakfast has a fantastic team very polite and friendly.
The building itself is not at all sound proof, you can hear the traffic, elevator, etc. but this is not host fault. Transportation from airport is challenging (a small bus came after the flight, not all the passengers fit inside, Uber app could not find any available drivers so we were helped by the airport personnel finding a taxi. Be prepared to use a taxi without any official taxi signs.
