Good location, clear instructions for accessing the property, host responded quickly to questions, the courtyard private parking was a bonus for our classic car. Kitchen was small but well equipped, very nice shower room, spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Pleasant outdoor seating area. Air conditioning in bedroom was very useful, although a little noisy. Everything has been finished to a high standard. The property is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the town centre.

A couple of minor points - there is no switch next to the bed for the lights, so it means getting out of bed and crossing the room to switch them off, a toilet roll holder next to the toilet would be useful. Need more electrical sockets upstairs - most people have a variety of things to charge overnight. Location of the microwave (in a wall cupboard) is inconvenient for short people, although I appreciate that counter space is limited. However, the worst aspect of the property for us was the absolutely terrible spiral staircase! We are mid-70's and reasonably fit but really struggled with the stairs. As far as I can see, there is no mention of the stairs in the listing. The first warning we had was in an email on the day of arrival, which mentioned that the stairs were "steep"! They spoil what is an otherwise lovely little property.

L'emplacement, le calme, la décoration, la propreté.

L'escalier peut être un peu difficile à monter/descendre pour les plus jeunes ou des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Endroit magnifiquement décoré. Cour fermée très agréable avec un petit salon de jardin et une table permettant de manger dehors. La clim dans la chambre est plus qu'appréciable en temps de fortes chaleurs ! Le quartier est calme. Il faut souligner l'effort non négligeable de fournir des produits de première nécessité comme le sel, poivre, huile et même du café ! Propriétaire réactif.

Léger bémol sur le matelas du lit qui a pris 'a forme de ses occupants à certains endroits.
