Perfect stay in Brais

Very easy checkin. The free onsite parking was a bonus!! The bar & restaurant were handy if you wanted to stay in. The studio was modern, cosy and spotlessly clean. We loved the private balcony to chill and enjoyed the farm location. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cozy farmhouse in the middle of nature with great views!

Great location and beautiful views; this is actually a farmhouse designed into a cozy bnb. The rooms are spacious & spotless clean. They had a common area with a kettle, some cups and a few tea sachets. The private parking is just beside the hotel. Staff was available when needed and tried to help in every way possible.

For the price of the room, the breakfast could have been better. We expected some warm scrabbled eggs or an omlette, instead we were served only cold boiled eggs.

Poor sleep

Close to lake Braies, clean room, tasty breakfast, lovely host

We spent two nights at this location and unfortunately had a very poor sleep due to the beds being extremely uncomfortable and squeaky. Additionally, the room became quite hot during the night, but opening the window wasn’t an option due to strong farm odors coming in. This significantly affected our comfort and overall stay.

Nice place exploring Lago di Braies

Farm style hotel, very close to Lago di Braies, so very convenient to go there in the morning. Good breakfast, possibility to have dinner. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Nice place to explore surroundings of Lago di Braies.

Dolomite Gem!

This was the CLEANEST lodging in all of our Italian travels. The proximity to Lake Braies access is worth every dollar. It allowed us to zip back and forth numerous times, as we were traveling with a child and an elder.

Close to Lago Di Braies. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Extensive, good options for breakfast (self serve). Helpful advice for dinner restaurants.

Initial strong farmyard odours outside. (No odours inside)

Best location to stay overnight to catch sunrise scenes at Braies Lake. Friendly staffs.

Only 5 mins driving away from the Braies Lake. This is the ideal location if you want to wake up a sunrise time to watch the changing lake reflection photo ops at the lake. Did all that and come back to the hotel for breakfast. The staffs are extremely accommodating. Because we visited during the in between seasons, we are the only guest at the inn. Still, they prepared a full menu of breakfast just for the three of us and did not cut corners.

We did not know the inn only serves lunch until we arrived. They are closed for dinner. This should have been more clear in their ad. Because the surrounding inns and restaurants were all closed for the off-season, we have to drive 13mins away to get dinner on the hotel staff's recommendation. Hans Pizzera turned out to be outstanding and was the only place opened for dinner on a Sunday night.

Paid money for room with balcony but didn't get and they didn't reduce the price.

Only the location and food.

I paid for the balcony room and they didn't give me balcony room as i had a dog but they didn't also reduce the price. They said rooms with or without balcony are same price. I stayed in so many hotels and never saw this same price for rooms with and without balcony.

อาหารเช้าดีมาก แฮมรสชาติดีมาก ไม่ค่อยเค็ม มีไข่ต้มให้ ห้องพักสวยมาก ที่พักใกล้ lago di braies ถ้าท่านต้องการไปถ่ายภาพตอนพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นให้นำรถไปจอดที่ P3 ค่าจอดรถ 12 ยูโร หลังจากถ่ายภาพบรรยากาศตอนพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นแล้วกลับไปรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม ถ้าท่านต้องการกลับมาที่ทะเลสาปอีก สามารถใช้ตั๋วจอดรถใบเดิมมาจอดที่ P3 ได้เลย

ไม่มีลิฟท์ ไม่มีอาหารเย็นจำหน่ายแต่ทางที่พักมีร้านแนะนำให้อยู่ห่างไปประมาณ 10 กิโลเมตร แต่เราไม่อยากขับรถในตอนกลางคืนเนื่องจากไม่คุ้นเคยกับการขับรถพวงมาลัยซ้าย อีกทั้งถนนค่อนข้างเล็กและมีทางโค้งมาก อาหารเช้าถ้ามีไข่ดาวด้วยจะสุดยอดมาก

Trotz der Lage kein angemessenes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer recht einfach, Gasthof etwas unaufgeräumt. Restaurant war geschlossen. Anscheinend eher auf Touristen aus Fernost auf der Durchreise ausgerichtet...

Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Je eet uiteindelijk net zoveel als thuis. De ligging is uitstekend op de weg naar Lago di Braies.

La simplicité et gentillesse des personnes. La qualité des produits au petit déjeuner et la qualité des plats choisis au déjeuner.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas la possibilité de dîner le soir et que ce n’est pas signalé sur Booking ! A rectifier nous semble-t-il, car obligé de chercher un restaurant.

El alojamiento en sí es fantástico, muy buena ubicación con respecto al lago di braies, tranquilo.

Un alojamiento no solo es que la habitación esté limpia o sea cómoda, que es lo principal, también que el personal sea amable y haga destacar su alojamiento con respecto a los demás. El desayuno básico, no había tostador, algo importante para nosotros. Pedimos que nos llenaran las botellas de agua y nos mandó al wc que había en el sótano, por este motivo deja mucho que desear ya que hay muchos alojamientos por la zona.
