Closeness to the beach and very serene atmosphere

Clean and very nice

L’appartement est très propre, équipé de tous les éléments même les produits d’entretien étaient là. La superficie nous a bien convenu pour 3. Il y a des commerces de proximité au pied de l’appartement.

Il y a un bar karaoké à côté, forcément le calme arrive qu’à partir de la fermeture. Sinon on n’entend rien, pas le voisinage ni la circulation. Le stationnement n’est pas évident.

The view from the balcony was fabulous! The apartment was bright and airy with a good sized kitchenette. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need (but note no microwave oven). Everything was very clean and the bed comfy. The host was super kind and easy to communicate with. Some fresh batteries were required for a remote control and they were delivered within 30 mins. Some people have mentioned the noise from the bars nearby, yes it's quite loud (until midnight approx), however, in November we closed the windows and that solved the issue. If you want to sit out on the terrace at night (during summer perhaps) it would definitely be noisy. Plenty of fresh towels left for us in bathroom, in addition 2 beach towels and a parasol for use at the beach (plus a selection of beach toys for little ones). This was a great asset as we hadn't been able to fit much beach stuff in our cases. Loads of storage space for clothing etc.

Shower pressure is very low (but this could be due to restrictions on water use in the island of Tenerife).

1. The view was breathtaking whether it was raining or sunny. The balcony is the corner one, so you have a wide view. 2. The property was very clean with many amenities available in the apartment. The host was very helpful and quickly replayed whenever we needed something. 3. All the restaurants and shops are just downstairs, the walking paths are very comfortable. There is even a bus stop maybe 400m away, so good connection to other parts of the island.

1. There is no elevator, therefore pack light because otherwise it’s a struggle with huge luggage. 2. No private parking space. There is hard to find a parking space, as it’s on the street, sometimes it takes 6 circles around the block or might happen that you need to park far and walk (but it’s the problem in the whole island). 3. Karaoke every night till midnight, so be ready to be entertained whether your window is open or close.
