We left the accommodation with only positive experiences. It was very easy to access, and the underground parking was extremely convenient and well organized. The location, position, and breathtaking panoramic view of the apartment were simply outstanding. The host provided all the necessary information in advance, making both the check-in process and parking completely smooth and hassle-free. The detailed video instructions were especially helpful, so everything was quick and easy from the very beginning. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

I cannot mention any negative aspects; everything met — and even exceeded — our expectations.

The view in balcony was amazing, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is in a perfect location with parking underneath which was really convenient. Many shops and a few restaurants around location. Beach is amazing too. Really happy about our stay and would recommend to everyone.

After arrival at the airport, we had contact via Whatsapp with the host. We could enter the property earlier than expected. The keys where in a lock box, Entry with a keypad and rfid chip. The apartment is spacious with a nice view of the bay and Los Gigantes. A lot of restaurants, shops and dive shops nearby. The beach nearby is very nice, in the shade during the morning. Kitchen is fully equipped and working.

The complex is being renovated. During weekdays we were woken up by powertools and construction workers at 8. They stop at 4 in the afternoon. See photo from our balcony. Please contact the owner before booking if they are still working. He did not inform us about at all. For the non smokers, you can smell all the neighbors and construction workers smoking if you are on the balcony, very unpleasant. The walls are paper thin, we could hear the neighbors tv and the neighbors themselves having fun over the already loud tv. The cleanliness in the bathroom is below par, there where a lot of black hairs on the floor and in the bath when we arrived.

Die Wohnung liegt in 2. Reihe direkt an der Marina von Los Gigantes. Damit ist der Ausblick auf die gleichnamigen Los Gigantes Felsformationen unverbaut und sehr beeindruckend. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Host sehr angenehm. Auf Nachfragen kam recht direkt eine Antwort.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist an sich sehr gut, der Eindruck wird aber durch einige Faktoren getrübt. Die Marina ist nicht unbedingt die schönste. Die recht betonlastige Kai-Mauer bestimmt das Bild. Der Wohnkomplex wird aktuell renoviert, d.h., um zur Wohnung zu gelangen läuft man aktuell durch eine Baustelle (neuer Estrisch und Fliesen für den großen Innenhof, wird bestimmt mal schön). Das heißt auch, dass man morgens Baulärm durch die schlecht isolieren Fenster hört. Man hört außerdem die Müllabfuhr jeden Morgen um ca. 3h im Schlafzimmer. Eine Renovierung wäre auch für die Wohnung nicht übel. Viele der Fließen auf dem Boden sind lose und einiges wirkt eher provisorisch. Die Küche ist eigentlich ok, aber scharfe Messer wären nicht schlecht. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem... in der Mitte durchgelegen. Der Balkon ist übrigens auch nur bedingt nutzbar als Nichtraucher, da die Nachbarn rauchen. Das zieht gerne mal in die Wohnung. Die Nachbarn sind nachts auch mal laut... ergänzt die Müllabführ und den Baulärm. 60m² hat die Wohnung übrigens nicht, eher 45. Wir würden wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal nach Los Gigantes fahren und definitiv nicht in dieselbe Wohnung.
