Nice apartment, nice location!
The apartment is modern and has everything you need to a good stay. The location is amazing to enjoy the lake, hiking trails and also famous cities in Austria (Tirol) and Germany (Bavaria). The communication with the host was easy and fast. Totally recomend.
While the living room has a great blackout system, the room has nothing similar and is hard to sleep after the sun rises if you get bothered by the light.

Pour ma part, la mollesse de la literie. Mais mon épouse n'est pas du même avis. Il faisait froid lors de notre arrivée, mais cela a été résolu le lendemain matin.

Toller Urlaub
Sehr sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war wirklich alles da was man braucht. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem TV Empfang hat mit toller Hilfe der Vermieter schnell alles perfekt geklappt.
Im Schlafzimmer sind die Fenster sehr klein.

Für eine Auszeit optimal
Für eine Woche Auszeit optimal. Wohnung perfekt, modern, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Salz... Einen Garten mit Grill Möglichkeit, Tisch, Stühle Bank. Es hat zwar die ganze Woche geregnet, aber in der Wohnung konnte ich mich gut beschäftigen, da viele Bücher vor Ort waren. Ich hatte das Glück daß fast die ganze Woche kein Lärm von Nachbarn, Umgebung zu hören war außer Glockengeläute der Kühe, da fühlt man sich wie auf einer Alm. Hat mich z.b. überhaupt nicht gestört. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Eingangstür. Bad eher klein, Föhn, Handtücher waren vorhanden. Man ist zu Fuß bald am See oder im Zentrum. Wanderungen, etc.alles möglich. Den Besitzer habe ich nie angetroffen, was mich persönlich nicht störte, da ich ja eine Auszeit brauchte. Aber bei Fragen oder Anliegen war dieser immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Vielleicht komme ich ja wieder?
1x konnte ich die Nachbarn sehr gut hören, und ich denke mir wenn jeden Tag Nachbarn anwesend gewesen wären, dann könnte leicht sein, daß die Stille und die Ruhe nicht mehr so gegeben ist, wenn man sich,so wie ich, aufgrund des Regenwetters nur in der Wohnung aufhält. Schlafzimmer mußte ich immer gekippt lassen ( nur möglich,wenn man auf das Bett steigt). Da der Geruch nicht so angenehm war. Da kein Neubau.Wobei ich sehr empfindlich mit Gerüchen bin.
