The apartment was spacious. Some what clean. The young lady that gave us our keys was nice.

The unit had awful stains in the carpet, springs hanging down from chairs, cabinet handles hanging off cabinet . It's time to be updated.

It was close to several golf courses. The living room was spacious, and the sofa was comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The parking was close to condo front door.

1. The widows were dirty both insider and outside. 2. Carpets were badly stained. 3. All the Levelor's were dirty and gross to touch. 4. All the pillows were flat and there weren't enough pillowcases. The sheets were gray and old. The owner needs all new linens. 5. The extra blankets were dusty and old. 6. We only given 1 trash bag for the whole week in the kitchen. 7. The bathrooms need to be updated. Toilets were slow to flush, and barely a foot off the floor. The shower drain was very slow. You stood in a foot of water while taking a shower. Bathroom vanity door kept falling off.
