The worst experience in Booking EVER

Nothing, we could not use the apartment at all

Immensely rude, unprofessional behavior of the host. No apologizing, no replying to our questions before we booked, he gave us no instructions for the check in until we asked multiple times, he forced us to leave immediately without explanation after we made a remark that the bed was dirty and not made up. We were forced to search dor something else on the spot! There was a dead bug in the clean sheets. There were breadcrumbs in the dirty sheets. All his other reviews are like this - you should consider banning him!

Just ok.

Nicely decorated, loooks good on pictures. Ok place too spend a night or two. Very charming and friendly neighbour dog. Air condition was actualy was being turned on when we entered. Parking is actualy in courtyard.

Looking good on pictures but reality is a bit different. Shower is half broken. Bed is located in far too small of a room for it, so one side is completely against a wall. No curtains on windows but there are rolletes which you need too close if you want privacy, but then you loose all natural light. No ventilator installed in bathroom. Useless and dirty matress on half floor which is accesed by stairs. Tv remote controll aint working, Coffee machine also not working properly. Furniture in general is old, and bathroom drawers were full of someones hair. Everything seemed low quality and fragile. Modern electric boiler is awesome but it is installed in a shower with an electric plug in a shower as well, not very safe! We were instructed too park in front of building at first, and only later we learned from owner we can park in courtyard, not realy a negative, but why not say so right away! Also check out time stated on Booking is 11:00,in instructions we were told too check out at 10:30, not a big deal but its a principle of owners business.

The area was a little run down but this is hardly a complaint. Other than that the tip gets a 10/10 from me

Great apartement, perfectly situated. Clean and confortable. Everything was smoothly arranged, very friendly. I would definitely book this apartement again.

Very nice apartament on the inside. Cozy atmosphere, furnitures, arrangements.

There was't any shower gel or shampoo. Coffee machine didn't work. Host not available to support for any of the above. Ugly yard and building (on the outside)

Nice apartment, nice location

Clean, close to city center

the building is old, but the apartment is newly renovated. It didn’t have sheets, only matrice covers, which is not ok, it did not have soap at the bathroom, nor shower gel. I tried to call the owner 3 times, because i had problems with the front door and could not unlock it, but nobody answered. I managed to open it, but it was a bad experience to call and that nobody can help you.

Comfortable rest

Very tastefully decorated and comfortable appartment of a high standard located close to the city centre. Champaigne on arrival as a gift to us (thank you!). We felt very comfortable during our one night stay. Parking in the backyard of the property was a huge plus.

Verschimmelt, Schmutzig und extrem Kalt (Winter)

Schlüsselübergabe, keine Beschilderung des Apartments und des Parkplatzes. Überall verschimmelt, Spinnweben und alte abgenutzte Bettlaken, Extrem kalte Wohnung in den Wintermonaten und wird garnicht warm. Warmes Wasser nur begrenzt für einen Duschvorgang. Die WC-Tür geht garnicht zu. Preisleistung stimmt definitiv nicht überein. Bzw. Garnicht zu empfehlen. Reinste Katastrophe !!!!!

Ubytování hezké, ale je nutné řešit parkování.

Nevím proč, ale nedostal jsem informaci o možnosti parkování ve dvoře. Hostitel uvedl, že je možné parkovat na ulici, ta ale byla v placené zóně. Teprve, když jsem si přečetl recenze, zjistil jsem, že druhý klíč je k vjezdu na dvůr, kde bylo možné parkovat. Zbytečná chyba hostitele. Ve druhé ložnici sice byla klimatizace, ale chyběl ovladač.

Horrível - Não Reservem

Comunicação com Proprietário foi horrível. Quando cheguei ao apartamento água quente não funcionava, demorou dois dias inteiros até ter o problema resolvido. Para além disso o apartamento apesar de corresponder as fotografias, continha vários pontos de descuido na manutenção como, por exemplo, tomadas com fios expostos. Para piorar, nesta viagem necessitava de uma fatura para motivos de reembolso, que mesmo após ter pedido a mesma múltiplas vezes o proprietário limitou-se a evitar o assunto e acabou por não me enviar a mesma mesmo após ser envolvido o apoio ao cliente da Booking. Está Situação é inaceitável e aconselho a evitar esta propriedade se querem uma viagem descansada e sem problemas. Só não dou menos do que uma avaliação de 1.0 porque não deixa.

Ubytovanie je blízko centra mesta. Byt bol veľmi pekne, a vkusne zariadený s dostatočným vybavením. Je možnosť parkovania vo dvore, čo bolo super, keďže cestujeme na motorke.

Trochu by sa mohol klásť väčší dôraz na čistotu (hlavne na poschodí s posteľou)

A környék ijesztő.A lépcsőházba lépve inkább visszafordulna az ember.A lakásban áporodott szag volt, amit illatosítóval próbáltak elnyomni. A WC iszonyú büdös volt.Pókháló mindenütt.A padlót nem tudom mikor takarították utoljára.A redőny nem működött,függöny nincs.Meg lehetett fagyni a lakásban.Nem ajánlom senkinek.

Било је све уредно и чисто. Врло модерно изгледа. Деца су обожавала кревете на спрату. Близу је центра. Свега пар минута пешке.

Даљински од климе је био скривен на високој полици. Једва сам га пронашао, а било је хладњикаво.

Modern berendezes, tisztasag.

Hideg volt, a rendelkezésre álló futoberendezesek nem alkalmasak arra, hogy egy földszinti, régi epitesu, hidegburkolatos lakast megfelelően felfutsenek. A haloszobaban nagyon kicsi a hely az agy es a fal között, nagyon kényelmetlen kikelni az ágyból. A párná borzalmasak.

Excelente localização e conforto

Excelente localização e condições essenciais para uma boa estadia, com kitchnet incluída, e uma boa casa de banho. Em termos de decoração, muito agradável também.

Demorámos algum tempo a perceber como funcionava a placa da cozinha, e ainda que bem nos enviaram um vídeo ilustrativo para conseguirmos entrar no prédio onde se localiza a casa!

Als ich die Unterkunft erreichte, rief ich an und sie antworten nicht. Dann erhielt ich eine Nachricht dass ich die Reservierung stornieren musste. Anbei screenshot von die Nachrichten. Ich musste woanders buchen.

A zuhany csatlakozó folyt, de műszaki emberként megoldottam. A lefolyó visszatorlódott, tisztítani kellene. Egy mikró nem ártana. Ezzel együtt si tetszett a lakás!
