This is a superb comfortable apartment which is spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. It is as described and is reflected accurately in the photographs.
It's very well equipped and the rooftop terrace offers sea views which can be enjoyed while sipping a coffee. It gets the sun from early morning until late in the day which is lovely, and there is also an awning which offers shade if necessary.
The bed was comfortable and the showers had decent pressure. We appreciated the change of linen and towels during our stay.
It has numerous restaurants and cafes nearby and is just a short stroll to the Balcón de Europa. The street can be busy during the day but it is very quiet at night time, so there is no noise to disturb sleep.
Communication with Sarah regarding registration and check-in was seamless and we had no issues.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.
We definitely recommend this apartment.
Echoing other comments, both flights of stairs would benefit from handrails, otherwise it was perfect.

Our second stay in No 57 which was excellent. Location is amazing, great space and having the roof terrace makes all the difference. Really close to Carabeo beach.
