La ubicación, cerca de las calas y del Balcón de Europa.
Al entrar en el portal había un mal olor, creó que hay un cuarto de basura y puede ser eso. Pero sólo era en el portal. El apartamento olía bien. Las toallas muy desgastadas.

Céntrico y cerca de la playa
Camas y almohadas blandas. Se clavaban algunos muelles Faltaba limpieza sobre todo en los aires acondicionados...un montón de polvo y suciedad En casi todos apartamentos ponen aceite , sal, detergente para la lavadora y aparte algún detalle, aquí nada. Mal olor de cañerías en la entrada a la comunidad que entraba en casa. Todo muy antiguo...y por el precio que se paga!
