    Honestly, the place is kinda rundown. It's obviously lacks maintenance on my pov. Our CR inside the room has no flash as well as the CR outside our room. If not for the staff that was super welcoming and helpful I wouldn't enjoy this place. Don't be deceived by the photo with yellow sand. It was blackish gray. Thankfully we went island hopping in Kawayan Cove. There we get to enjoy yellow sand and clearer water. Pupuntahan pero hindi babalikan. Kudos to Kuya Renato who is very accommodating. He's a staff and bangkero. Recommended for Island Hopping.

    We never got the room that we paid for. Wr suppose to have 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed good for 9pax. We were an hour late to check in but we called in advance to inform them. But when we arrived they are telling us we were double booked by agoda. So the room they gave us is very far from what we paid for. They cannot even offer anything descent. The place was not how the photos posted here. No water in the faucet. No flush in the washroom. The dirt is all over the place. We took our lunch nearby to make a decision. After an hour we decided not to proceed. For sure we will not enjoy even if we atayed. Now I'm asking agoda to refund us the money. I emailed but no one can get me an answer.

    The staff is trying to offer good service, but the place is a mess. The property asked for additional payment for something that was not disclosed in Agoda. Untidy.. please clean up before the arrival of your guests. Too bad

    The place that was book needs a lot of maintenance. The staff is great eventhough there was lack of response when we confirming the place to them. The villa bali, which is the name of the villa, happens to be not what you expect in a bad way. The aircon on the 1st floor isn't working and needs to be replaced or fixed. It was very hot at the first floor. The second floor air cirrculation is better but still needs a fan to circulate the air. The bathrooms on both floors needs fixing, the bamboos on the 2nd floor keeps on falling and the window is in front of someone's balcony. The first floor bathroom needs to have a curtain hanging inside just so you can be comfortable in taking a bath. The kitchen is so dirty and so is the refrigerator. The sink on the left side in the kitchens is also broken but the sink on the right side is working but still dirty. Overall experience of the place would rate it 2.5 just because the staffs are great. It's really not worth your money. There are other places that has the same rate but better in everything.
