Newly renovated villa house 10 minutes drive from Joensuu town, North Karelia. Calm countryside, beautiful nature and River Pielinen is very close. Nearby locates many clean lakes and beach. National park Koli and it,s slopes 40 minutes drive. Mustavaara slopes and skiing center 15 minutes drive. The region is called Lakeland because of hundreds of beautiful lakes. The place is ideal for relaxing in beautiful countryside but still very close from the town and it,s amenties. The house is almost 80 years old wooden house but entirely renovated and modernised. There is fully fitted kitchen with all nesessary appliances. The plot is huge 20 000 sqm and keeping inside beautiful garden. There is traditional and fully renovated sauna at the yard too. This place offers privacy and all the nesessary things needed for vacation in beautiful countryside of North- Karelia.

Beautiful cottage, very charming. Nice big kitchen, old stove. Beds were comfy. Jouni (host) was very reponsive and helpful. 10 min to Joensuu. We liked it!
