Ilmalämpöpumppu. Erillinen huone yläkerrassa. Tarpeeksi tilaa kuudelle hengelle (keittiötila tosin aika nafti). Siisti.
Saunan kiuas ei lämmennyt kunnolla, vain 50 asteeseen, eikä ns. pysynyt päällä. Astioita oli liian vähän, piti pestä koko ajan kuuden hengen porukalle. Paistinpannut huonot. Lisäksi tyynynsuojukset todella likaiset, sekä likaiset peitot ja petarit. Näitä voisi pestä välillä. Ruokapöydän päällä olisi hyvä olla valaisin, hämärässä nautittiin ruuat.
