Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Newly Renovated 3 bed loft with Beautiful views on Douglas Lake. Come swim with your family or just come and relax in the sun or jacuzzi. Home has a dock in case you want to park your boat. Enjoy our complementary kayaks and lake toys. Have your own paradise.....
The Space:
Spacious living room, dinning room kitchen. 3 bed 2 bath with washer and dryer. 1st floor room queen size bed, 2nd room bunk beds with 2 fulls, queen pull out in living room has memory foam mattress, upstairs loft king sterns and fosters adjustable bed with sitting area.
Guest Access:
Plenty of Parking in lower and upper level. You will have access to the whole house except garage.
Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on premises
Other Things to Note:
This lake is man made and the levels are controlled byT.V.A The lake should be at full pool by may 1st However it is not guaranteed to be at full pool!! If you need there is a boat launch a block away as well as fishing not to far.

-Please double check sleeping arrangements in this listing to make sure it works for your group
-The primary renter MUST be 25+ yrs of age! All other guests have no age requirement
**No Pets!

**6 vehicle max parking.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 4 smart tv's, so byo passwords for netflix and hulu just like at home. **Just make sure to sign out before you leave!!**
* We also have dvd player.
-We DO provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also a complimentary start of shampoo,conditioner, will be in each bathroom..
You may need bring extra for your trip.
However,other toiletries,condiments, zip locks,and coffee are NOT provided
-Coffee:We have a regular drip style coffee maker AND a kuerig. We will only provide coffee filters,so byo coffee/condiments
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
-Lake
towels will be provided and lake toys!! Please take them and put them back where you got them at the end of day!! Use lake at your own risk!!
- HOT TUB:
Upon check in the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained,cleaned,and refilled every turn. However,it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN Risk
-Check-Out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout and is also listed under “house rules!!

I will be available thru text and email. Phone call on emergency if needed.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The house and property were as beautiful as the pictures suggest. We had a group of 10 and everyone slept comfortably. There was also plenty of extra bedding and bath towels to use, which was really helpful with a group our size. The property is located in a great area of the lake — there was not any heavy boat traffic, so it was perfect for playing in the lake and fishing. Having a couple kayaks for use was also a major plus!Daniel was very communicative and responsive with any questions or concerns, which was greatly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay here again if we’re back in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location on the lake was great and tucked far enough back in a cove where the water was calm around the dock. Cove was plenty deep and accessible for our 24ft wake boat. The home itself was very nice and perfect for what we needed. 4 adults 2 kids. Would certainly stay here again!

Spring break from school for our son and wanted to getaway…with the boat! Pull right up to front door and plenty of parking for his truck and boat in separate driveway. This homes layout is perfect, decorated beautifully, and CLEAN! Kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need! I personally loved the deck where I stayed when we were not out and about or hub and son were out on the boat! Plenty of seating, grill, and a nice clean jacuzzi!! Having visited early in the spring, the lake was not quite yet far enough up in the cove, which we knew beforehand, but it was just a 10 minute drive to a beautiful boat ramp and pier. Home has its own boat dock and can’t wait til we return to enjoy! The owners are amazing folks, contacted me within minutes of arriving simply to ensure there were no issues checking in. They checked on us regularly to ensure nothing was needed. This property is located within a really nice quiet community! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend! I am already looking to book again this summer!! Many thanks for a memorable trip!!
