Savoy Residence | Unit on the 1st Floor

Residence Savoia is located right in the center of San Vito lo Capo, in a historic building that was completely renovated in 2014. The residence consists of two two-room apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private balcony overlooking Via Savoia (the town’s main street), and both apartments share a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture—including lounge chairs, coffee tables, and PVC chairs—where guests can enjoy everything from breakfast to aperitifs. The view from the terrace is pleasant, with the sea at San Vito and the fortress-church in the background. To access the terrace, use the main staircase: the first floor leads to one of the two two-room apartments, the second floor leads to the second two-room apartment, and the third floor leads to the terrace. Both apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with their own kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, ironing board and iron, Wi-Fi, and, of course, a TV. Each two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, for a maximum of 8 people when renting both apartments. In fact, they are furnished with a double bed and a bunk-style sofa bed consisting of two single beds. For guests arriving by car, we provide a parking pass that allows street parking in town, in a designated area near the house.
