Ruhig gelegen und dennoch nah zum Zentrum. Francesco war sehr freundlich und locker.

Das es leider nur 1 Hausschlüssel gab. Wir waren 2 Familien und waren nicht immer zusammen unterwegs. Ein Mückennetz bei den Schlafzimmerfenster ohne Klimaanlage wäre super gewesen. War doch sehr heiss in der Nacht und wenn wir das Fenster offen hatten, kamen die Mücken rein.

Francesco met us at the property, he was friendly, he gave us some info about the area . The property was pretty easy to find. The position was good and the size of the house was good. We had a BBQ area in the veranda.

Ubfortunately we were not happy and sitisfied about the small details in the house. We knoe San Vito in august is very popular and the prices have to match that but for the amount of money we paid we were not happy. Starting from the outdoor spaces, they were totally abbandoned in terms of cleaning and care of the spaces. Flowerbeds in bad conditions, gardening debrits lest on the floor. The outdoor shower was useless as the drain did not work and we had to create an holder with the branches around. Poor outdoor fornitures, we were exposed at the sun most of the time and we had to find a solution by ourselves. No umbrella stand available at all. Only a table and chairs and a beach umbrella. Going inside the house the kitchen was equipped but most of the pots were old and damaged. Only one of the bathroom had the hot water, poor lighting in the bedrooms, Overall we were missing lots of comfort. Only a mirror in the bathrooms and none in the rooms or at least a long one in the hall. The house has a good potential but there was not care and maintenance.

Plenty of room, good location, well equipped, comfy, Host was very good and let us leave late as we had a late flight back. Highly recommend and would stay again.

La situation dans une impasse avec la plage et la ville facilement accessibles à pied. La disposition générale de la maison. La possibilité de garer une voiture dans le jardin. Le lave-linge.

Un grand manque d'entretien : La rambarde de l'escalier est partiellement descellée (danger). Salle de bain du bas : La douche fuit, les joints sont moisis. La prise de courant se détache du mur (danger). Il manque des ampoules un peu partout. Le jardin est à l'abandon, la table de jardin a un pied cassé, les haies non taillées empêchent d'ouvrir certains volets. Les draps des lits sont trop petits en largeur. Les portes et fenêtres ferment très mal voire pas du tout, un peu de vent suffit à ouvrir la porte-fenêtre du balcon, il n'y a pas de clé pour celle du bas, donc la maison ne peut pas être fermée ! Le linge de maison est payant mais il n'y a pas de torchons. J'arrête là mais la liste serait encore longue...
