Situated directly on Lake Erie, CJ’s Lakehouse offers all the comforts of home with the charm & serenity of lakefront living. Located less than 1km from Point Pelee National Park, fun & adventure are steps away. If it's calm and relaxation you're looking for, we have a huge backyard with a large upper and smaller lower beach and a great firepit. CJ’s is all about loving the lake life, your furry family members included! A Point Pelee Park pass is included as part of your rental experience. Propane BBQ and lots of outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking available for vehicles or even a boat (covered car port).

It was a Sister Get Away and the Lakehouse was perfect for the 2 of us and my dog. Close to the NP for long walks and just a short drive to Leamington and KingsvilleThe cottage had all the amenities we needed. Small & cozy. The only thing it lacks, we were there in the cool fall, would be a fireplace (maybe an electric that throws some heat).Jennifer made checkin & out and communication easy.Thanks

We had a good overnight at CJs Lakehouse. The views of the lake are gorgeous and the house had everything you need for an overnight and more. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and we didn’t have any issues finding utensils or items of need as we cooked there. Thanks for the great stay.

Let me just start of by saying that Jennifer is an amazing host! Prior to arrival, the answered all our questions and assured us of any concerns. Once we arrived, we unfortunately had a bit of a plumbing issue in the bathroom which she quickly resolved — within two hours in fact! Her prompt responses and support made our stay all the more enjoyable.CJ’s Lakehouse itself is a gorgeous property. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the living & dining areas feel like you’re right at home. I am also a room decor fanatic, and loved the aesthetic of the Lakehouse! Do be warned, the bedrooms got a bit hot because there is just a window AC located in the kitchen. It does sound a bit loud (especially in the quiet of the night), so I recommend you run it all day if you are light sleepers! We found it a bit challenging to enjoy the outdoors because of the harsh waves from Lake Erie and the multitude of mosquitoes we encountered, but CJ’s Lakehouse is just a short distance away from other fun stuff. We ended up spontaneously going to Windsor for the day!Overall, I would highly recommend CJ’s Lakehouse to someone wanting a getaway from the craziness of busy city life!

We wanted a place near Point Pelee National Park and weren’t disappointed. This cottage is right on the lake and, even in the middle of winter had great views. It was amazing to see the lake frozen over. Jennifer was amazing with her communication, informative and quick to respond. This was my first time staying at CJ's Lakehouse. The owner was very responsive from the moment I booked and throughout the stay. The pictures don't do it justice. Great experience, wonderful getaway, with amazing views of the sunset every night. Can't wait to come back, Would highly recommend!

A delightful little cottage on the shore of Lake Erie, just a mile or two from Point Pelee's entrance. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent mattresses and bedding! Surprisingly big backyard equipped with a fire pit and plenty of comfortable lawn chairs for viewing the stars or the waves crashing on the beach. Responsive host wants to make sure you have a great stay. Highly recommended!

CJs Lakehouse was a great little gem with spectacular views of Lake Erie and beautiful sunsets. We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and little dog. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. So many little touches made it just so special - marshmallows for the campfire, dog treats, water in the fridge and a National Park access pass. These little details were so thoughtful. Highly recommend this house - perfect location for going to Pelee Island or the Pelee Point National Park or just sitting and relaxing lakeside. Thanks for a great stay. Look forward to coming back!

We stayed one night while traveling through. House was great for our family of four (kids 9 & 9). We loved the back yard and the view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Interior is nice. The beach was only a short drive away and was very nice. We could have easily stayed 3 or 4 nights. Would be a nice relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults, 13yr old boy, 10yr old boy and dog). The second day we couldn’t get in the water because the wind was making the waves too dangerous to swim. So we drove 10mins to go Go Karting. Then went to Walmart and bought some lawn games (bocce, badminton…etc.), to make the best of it. Walmart was 15mins from the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Could use a few more variety of sizes for dishes. Our time was very relaxing and peaceful. Definitely would come again.

The purpose of our trip was to visit Point Pelee National Park and Pelee Island. Jennifer’s cottage was ideal for our plans being on the doorstep of the park and a 10 minute drive to the ferry dock. The park pass supplied as part of our accommodation was much appreciated. We did not book the ferry to the island until a couple of days prior and had to change our initial plan as the return journey was fully booked….we will be more organized next time. Can fully recommended Jennifer’s cottage.

The cottage was cozy but enough room for 4 adults to enjoy their stay. Outside space by the lake for sunsets was perfect. Loved being so close to Point Pelee Park, and the inclusion of a Park Pass was a great service. We enjoyed birdwatching and walks several times during the day. Jennifer and her husband responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Lovely memories !
