Kokomo Cabin is a 4-bedroom, 2-bath lake home on Beach Lake, a private 5-acre sand-bottom lake. Walk out onto 90+ feet of private sand beach and pristine, weed-free water! You'll have access to multiple rental amenities, including games, recreational equipment for all seasons, grilling options, fire pits, and more. No motors are allowed on the lake, so it's safe for families with kids of all ages to enjoy swimming, kayaking, and many other year-round outdoor recreational activities.

With 2,080 square feet split evenly across two levels, Kokomo Cabin is great for groups of up to 11 adults and kids (sorry, no pets). It has ample kitchen amenities, a great room on each level with a large Roku TV and dining table, and cozy bedrooms for privacy and relaxation.

GET THERE FAST WITH ABUNDANT AMENITIES
We've equipped the property with all the amenities for a stress-free and comfortable stay - allowing you to connect with others while enjoying sunsets, sunrises, and multiple recreation activities.

AMENITIES > INSIDE THE CABIN
- There are kitchen areas on both upper and lower floors. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with cooking, baking, and entertaining supplies, and the kitchenette downstairs has a full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, plates, cups, and more serving ware.

- Dining tables on each floor seat up to 8 kids or adults; upstairs, there are four stools at the spacious kitchen island. Serveware, placemats, and napkins are included for each floor.

- Four bedrooms sleep up to 11 adults and children. BEDROOM 1 w/ king, BEDROOM 2 & 3 with queens, bedroom 4 has two bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin). We also provide a twin air mattress and pack-n-play, both with bedding. All beds have premium mattresses, quality bedding, two pillow options per bed, dressers, luggage racks, and sound machines/alarm clocks.

- Two full bathrooms with ample towels are provided; upstairs has a walk-in shower, and downstairs has a tub with a shower. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.

- Indoor fun with two large Roku TVs (bring your logins), games for the whole family, art supplies, and toys.

- A large stone fireplace (gas) on the upper level and an electric fireplace downstairs keep the cabin warm and cozy during the cooler months. Central A/C keeps it cool in the summer.

- "Work from Cabin" with a personal desk, fast wifi, and great views throughout the property.

AMENITIES > OUTSIDE THE CABIN
Enjoy multiple gathering spaces, including ample seating on the upper deck, a lower patio, fire pits, and a beach, plus a dining table on the upper deck.

- Gather around a fire in two areas: one gas fire table with cozy seating on the upper deck and a Breeo smokeless wood fire pit near the beach. We provide kiln-dried wood, kindling, and starters, included!

- New Pickleball Court: Quickly slide the portable net from the garage to the driveway, grab a paddle and ball, and start play! The court has regulation width and kitchen size but is slightly shorter than regulation (this may matter to high-level picklers!)

- Grills and grilling utensils are now included! We provide a charcoal grill (you bring charcoal supplies) as well as a propane gas grill. If you are adventurous, we also have a Breeo Outpost grilling grate system for cooking over the open fire pit. 

- Fully equipped with a pedal boat for 5, four kayaks (two kids, two adults), paddle boards, recreational gear, and yard games for all seasons. Bring your fishing poles—the lake is catch-and-release only, but no fishing license is required!

- Summer is for lake and beach activities, while winter features on-the-ice adventures, sledding, and skating (skates included!).

- In case you missed these details: A private sand beach, clean man-made lake, ping pong & darts (garage), plus a large, flat driveway with parking for four cars.

AREA ACTIVITIES:

Kokomo Cabin is located next to Castle Rock Lake (Wisconsin's fourth largest), with boat launches, lakeside dining, and a free town park within a 5-minute drive. Castle Rock Lake is famous for outdoor recreation, such as fishing, water sports, and bird watching. Juneau County is a popular tourist area and offers year-round outdoor activities, including hiking, golfing, and horseback riding. Access to snowmobile and ATV trails is nearby.

ACTIVITIES > OWNERS PICKS:
- Lakeside Dining: We think Shipwreck Bay has the best overall food and atmosphere (8-minute drive), while The Dirty Turtle has the best drinks, space for kids, live music, and an active marina (4-minute drive). The best burger is the Smashburger at Pine Cove Bar & Grill (6-minute drive).

-Groceries: Festival Foods in Mauston is about 10 minutes away and has a curbside pickup.

- Day Trip: The Wisconsin Dells is only a 35-minute drive and offers many activities year-round. Devil's Lake is just past the Dells and is Wisconsin's most popular state park.

- Recently renovated, the Town of Germantown Park provides free access to nature and Castle Rock Lake (via trails, dock, beach, and fishing areas) and offers bathrooms and pet accommodations. (4 minutes away)

- Coffee Shop: Locally owned Collins Coffees runs The Coffee House about 5 minutes up the road at N6828 WI-58, New Lisbon, WI 53950. While we have a coffee brewer and Keurig at the cabin, Collin's breakfast wraps and sweet treats are hard to beat.

- There are gas stations and dollar stores within a 5-minute drive.

ACTIVITIES > FOR AFTERNOON DELIGHTS:

Fishing: Castle Rock Lake is excellent for musky, walleye, bass, and panfish. Based on your preferences, we can refer you to a local guide. Petenwell Lake is also nearby.

- For UTV/ATV rentals, check out Adrenaline Rush Sports or search for Juneau County ATV/UTV Clubs for maps of local roads and trails.

- Golf courses: Castle Rock Golf Course, Spring Valley Golf, Northern Bay Resort Golf, Lake Arrowhead Golf.

- For pontoon boat, jet ski, canoe, and SUP rentals, check out Castle Rock Watersports.

- Go tubing down the calm waters of the Wisconsin River and enjoy the magnificent scenery with Sandy Shores Tubing & Resort.

- Snowmobile trail access just up the road, with over 200 miles of trails in Juneau County managed by local clubs like the New Lisbon Winter Wanderers and Castle Rock River Runners.

- Snowboarding, skiing, and tubing at Christmas Mountain (35-minute drive) or Cascade Mountain (50-minute drive).

SECURITY:

The Property has one exterior security camera on the front and back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. There are sensors inside the house for the following purposes:
- Fire alarm monitors and flood/freeze sensors notify owner for both of our safety.
- Exterior doors have open/close sensors for safety. Interior doors to locked utility room and cleaning closet have open/close sensors.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE:

A flat, large driveway with extra room on a cul-de-sac makes parking cars and trailers easy. However, it is a two-level home with a couple of stairs to enter the home, an internal staircase, a significant slope to the backyard, and a stairway leading down to the beach. We strive to be as inclusive as possible, but unfortunately, our home may not be suitable for individuals with mobility impairments or those who require wheelchair accessibility.
