About this apartment rental

This condo is in the very desirable Riverside Complex. It has incredible water views. The condo backs up right to the Marco "River". This allows you to enjoy breathtaking views, wildlife (Dolphins & Birds), and gorgeous sunrises. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo with a full kitchen. The Master has a king size bed and smart tv. Bathroom & Kitchen have been updated. The complex itself has incredible views from the pool and dock area. It has 2 Olympic size pools and 2 spas. There are great walking paths around the complex and plenty of dock area to explore. It also has tennis and pickle ball courts. The location is close to several restaurants, shopping, and grocery options.
