About this apartment rental
This condo offers contemporary colors including a new king size bed in the bedroom. Couch in the living room makes into a comfortable queen bed with a 42' LED flat screen TV with cable and WI-FI in place. This gated condo complex has 2 large pools, 2 spas-hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, walking path, marina, and docks available (minimal extra charge) and a clubhouse. Take in the daily dolphin shows from the comfort of your private balcony or watch the watercraft of all sizes and shapes passing through at idle speed. The Riverside Club is in close proximity to several restaurants and shops. The Marco Island Beach is just a short drive or bike ride away (bike rental just outside the complex). The pristine white sand beach invites strolling, shelling, swimming, birding or just relaxing.

The perfect stay for my husband's 50th and our first time in marco island. The condo views were outstanding, it was quiet. Our stay was so wonderful and we highly recommend and will definitely book again. The amenities were great, parking and gate access was great, the bed, and couch were perfect. We brought our own vsee box so we could watch movies and had no issues. I loved the kitchen layout, the bathroom was roomy for 2 getting ready for our island excursions, we tried local restaurants nearby and did a lot of boat watching. My only very tiny suggestion is to add a full length mirror on the bathroom door or bedroom as the bathroom vanity mirror is a bit too high to use to get ready. Thank you for a wonderful stay, it really made our birthday weekend so special and we highly recommend.

The sunrise over the Jolly Bridge was amazing. The condo was very clean! The bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Did have enough cooking things. No pot holders,serving dishes, no broom,no mop,no bath clothes, no dish rags. Garage disposal was not working, they fixed it but broke again. Was not pleased that it was rented for next year before we were asked.
