This cozy cottage features two bedrooms and one bath, which is best suited for a single person, couple
or small family. Recent updates include a fresh new interior and furnishings, updated cabinets, flooring,
appliances and a new bathroom with a larger shower. Grilling out is convenient with a door off the
kitchen leading to a smaller deck with gas grill. Amenities include wireless high-speed internet,
washer/dryer, phone, microwave, dishwasher and outside shower. There are smart TVs in the living
room and master bedroom for guests to log into their own streaming services. We do not offer cable
TV.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all
cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only
have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath
soap. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs included.
You must be 25 years or older to rent. Strict policy , no smoking, maximum of 4 occupants
and no events. A violation of this policy will result in the loss of your deposit and/or early rental release
with no refund.

We LOVED this property and 100% will be coming back. Great beach, great location, fantastic communication with the host and all around a great experience.

Overall it was a good place for us with our 2 doodles it is very close to the beach and we had the beach to ourselves and the dogs at sunrise. Also loved that we could wash the dogs off from the sand on the big deck..the beach was very quiet which is why we wanted to come to this area after all the research I did and the beach is dog friendly all day long .the shrimp company restaurants was a perfect spot you could walk to it if you wanted to which has lots of options for lunch or early dinner and it was very affordable for fresh seafood...icecream places were also very convenient..the general store near by had everything you need to stock up on for your stay...we would definitely come back again.

Place was great for a long weekend for our family of 4. 2nd row beach home, but closer to the beach than some front line homes. We booked very last minute, so we didnt get any check in info, but whenever I called the property manager for the codes, and a question, they answered the phone and were helpful.

Great home and great location. A little miscommunication on what the beach door code was but the company responded quickly with the correct code.
Hot water in the house could use some work. There were periods of hot water then it would run cold for a bit the it would be hot again. We only stayed for two days so didn’t really bother us
