We’ve thoughtfully designed this home to be a place where you can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together—whether that means sunrise walks on the beach, afternoons by the pool, or simply listening to the waves at night. For groups larger than 8, "Beach Haven" can be paired with the neighboring unit "Sea Haven" for groups as large as 16 to vacation together. "The Florida Havens" is a private collection of beach front homes along Florida's Space Coast and includes:

• "Beach Haven"

• "Sea Haven"

• "The Havens at Beach Street" (Beach Haven + Sea Haven together)

• "The Havens at The Dunes" (Turtle Haven + Shell Haven together)



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including four private bedrooms each with a king-size bed, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 living rooms, a laundry room, and private balcony with ocean views. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, patio, and backyard. Beach access is also available a short walk away. The keycode for the front door will be sent to you automatically before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located on a quiet side street, primarily surrounded by single-family homes and condominiums. This peaceful setting offers a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local amenities. Explore nearby attractions, dining options, and shops, all within a convenient distance. Enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood while having easy access to everything The Space Coast of Florida has to offer.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located off of Rt. A1A in Melbourne, Florida, our property offers easy access to transportation options. Ample private parking is available on-site for your convenience. For those preferring ride-sharing services, Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in the area. The closest major airport is Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB), approximately a 15-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport (ORH) is about an hour drive away. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend using a personal vehicle or ride-sharing services for the most convenient travel experience.

To ensure a peaceful and well-maintained experience for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:

✔ No smoking or vaping

✔ No events or parties

✔ No pets

✔ Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

✔ Pool and spa are privately maintained; service may occur during longer stays

✔ Beach items such as towels, chairs and toys are provided as a convenience which will be inventoried after each stay. Please let us know if anything breaks or goes missing or it will be invoiced
