This is an interesting historical home. Obviously it is an old home with much of the style and charm preserved. The best thing was the comfortable beds and our children enjoyed the shared pool. Also with A/C worked and kept the home comfortable in the humid weather - especially nice for sleeping. The house is limited by what also makes it interesting like the old plumbing fixtures. ( we frequently rehooked the chain in the toilet tank in our bedroom so the toilet could flush. ) The furniture is somewhat comfortable but hard to sit the 9 of us all together except at dining room table. Pool table felt top was badly ripped so sadly we could not shoot pool. It was an overall positive experience but it did make me long for a more modern home with better kitchen amenities and a bit less wear and tear. If you like OLD homes with period type decor you may really enjoy this.

This house was awesome. Stayed in the pink room and it was beautiful to see the sunrise from our window. Thank you to the hosts for our lovely stay. Hope to return. I forgot to sign the guest book.
