With several boat ramps within three miles for easy access, you can anchor your boat at the back of the property and enjoy the quiet cove with your loved ones. Enjoy hosting gatherings on the deck or covered patio that's filled with comfortable patio furniture and a fire table to tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky. Less than 200 ft from the home, take a romantic walk to the shoreline with the lighted path and twinkle lights in the trees.

Take your loved ones on an adventure with delightful nearby activities in North Park, Canyon Lake Dam, Whitewater Amphitheater, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and several wineries, all within a 20-mile radius. Play outdoor games in the expansive yard and enjoy ladder golf, cornhole, giant Jenga, and disc golf.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the modern and well-appointed living area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
