Bright apartment with modern decor and attention to detail, perfect for hosting a family or a group of friends.The apartment, on the first floor of a building without an elevator, is conveniently located for walking to the historic center. The entrance opens onto the independent kitchen well equipped with all amenities, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a dining table. The living room, on the other hand, is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a wooden desk. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, a single sofa bed, a desk and a large closet; the other, accessible by a spiral staircase, is on a mezzanine and features a double bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Free wifi, air conditioning in the living room and rooms and central heating will be available in the accommodation.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*The ceiling of the loft room has a height that does not exceed 180 cm. If there is a symbolic place of Naples, this is Piazza del Plebiscito, today a symbol of the new "Neapolitan Renaissance" where tourists come to admire its grandeur and its two jewels: the neoclassical colonnade of the church of San Francesco di Paola and the Palazzo Reale.
