Maris Villas, a complex of three autonomous villas, welcomes you to Elounda for an unforgettable holiday. Each villa spans three levels and offers three bedrooms and a private swimming pool. Maris Villa 1 covers 143 m2 and can accommodate 5 guests.
Elounda is a famous destination in Crete and the Villa is located just 3,4km from its lively centre, where you can enjoy the amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and various shops. Several beautiful beaches can also be found within close range, as well as Agios Nikolaos town (9km) and Spinaloga islet, both worth visiting.
Ground Floor - Open-plan space with fully equipped kitchen and seating area
-Living room with 40 TV, open fireplace, and direct access to the pool terrace

First Floor - Two bedrooms:
-One bedroom with queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), A/C, closet, and safe
-One bedroom with two single beds, A/C, and wardrobe
-Shared balcony with patio furniture and views of the sea, mountains, and surrounding area
-Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine

-Third bedroom with single bed, 32 TV, A/C, wardrobe, and seating area

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The location was great- v close to Elounda (children walked home from beach party), and not far to drive to Agios Nikolaos for essentials/ and or water sports etc. Very close to get ferry and visit Spinolonga Fortress.
Easy drive to southern shores of Crete- Lerapetra and lovely drive along coast.
Accommodation - Comfortable clean and calming.
Loved the blue lit pool, and we had bonus fireworks for our free entertainment provided by local hotel,
BBQ and outdoor cooking area all very handy.
Nikos who greeted us was very helpful and gave us some good options to travel to/visit.
A great place to spend a week- getting away, but not too far away from it all.
