To ensure you get settled in upon arrival, we provide a starter kit of essentials (including toilet paper & paper towels). These may not be enough for your entire stay, so you may wish to purchase additional supplies depending on your needs.

Appliances include fridge/freezer, stove & oven with overhead microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and blender. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, plastic dining sets for children, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have two external Ring recording camera doorbell. One is at the front door, facing toward the driveway. Another one is on the side yard gate, facing forward the front yard and the street.

- To ensure a seamless check-in process, you will receive additional information you'll need before, during, and throughout your stay (a couple days prior to your check in).
- Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in.

- Pool/Spa: We provide complimentary heated pool and spa all year-round with no fee charge at all. We cannot guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions or pool heater needs to repair/maintenance in the certain time. No refunds or discount will be offered if the pool temperature cannot be maintained due to weather conditions or in maintenance time.

Everything was excellent. Needed a place that had family amenities and this house has everything! Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Proximity to the beach and baseball (the 2 reasons we vacationed) was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to rent again and definitely recommend to all especially families.

We had a great time staying at the house.
Although several in my group were disappointed that they could only get the hot tub to heat up on 1 of 4 nights. Could have been operator error.
