Our stay at this beautiful house was truly amazing. Views were spectacular from all rooms and sides. What a view from the roof deck! Everything worked perfectly and we super appreciate Brian, he was regularly checking up on us to make sure our stay was going well and if he could help with anything. Looking forward to our next visit to Hollywood Beach! Thanks so much!

Had a few times we had to reach out for hot tub cover, air conditioning, entry/exit gates, how to maneuver the garage, supplies, and elevator. All responded within timely manner and taken care of. Some recommendations would be to replace hot tub cover due to it being in a few pieces and unable to put back on, have cleaning supplies for house guests, enough coffee mugs and glassware for the amount of guests that will be staying at the condo, and specify what size beach chairs that are made available. Was told 4 beach chairs; had 8 house guests (all adults which is known when we give our identification). When we arrived we found there to be 4 children chairs and 2 adult chairs that were not well kept. So instead of only having to rent 4 we had to rent 6 more since we did not physically fit in the provided chairs.
House is in perfect location. Overall we love Hollywood and this is the perfect spot.
