About this house rental
This is a super cozy, light, and bright basement apartment. The house is located two blocks from the Steunenberg historical district and directly across the street from the College of Idaho. Quick one block walk to Caldwell night Rodeo grounds, two blocks from College of Idaho Football Games at Simplot Stadium. Walk across the street onto the C of I campus to watch volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball games, or visit Langroise Hall for choir opera and orchestra concerts.

This space has a private entrance on the West side of the house. It is however the downstairs unit and there is a possibility there may be somebody staying in the upstairs unit.
