About this house rental
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located house. Retreat to the quiet serenity of “FAIRVIEW HAVEN” while remaining close to all the attractions of The College of Idaho or downtown Caldwell and Indian Creek Plaza, and just 21/2 blocks from the emergency entrance of West Valley Medical Center Hospital. The hardwood floors have been beautifully refinished, there are bright and comfy lounge spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, and the private backyard is perfect for entertaining. Nestled on a quiet street, you can enjoy rest and comfort while still being close to all your favorite downtown destinations. Just across the street from the 2nd hole of the Fairview Golf course. Enough parking in the front of the house for two vehicles. Also some parking in the alley behind the garage. There is no access to the single, stand alone garage.
Amenities at “Fairview Haven,” built in 1937 is a very cozy space.

The only thing missing from this home is the smell of sugar cookies in the kitchen. This home will take you back to the simple comforts and still deliver with the thoughtful upgrades that have been made. A great place to relax and the garden is charming.
