At home, enjoy easy quiet time in the sunroom or relax around the living room fireplace while streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. An additional upstairs living area offers flexible home entertainment and added comfort, including a sectional and another smart TV. The gleaming, stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped to handle home cooking with ease. Inviting coastal decor helps set the tone for your stay, while everyday essentials - including central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your laundry - provide carefree home convenience. For your entertainment, a cornhole set is provided in the garage and a collection of classic board games can be found in the cabinet in the upstairs living area.

The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Cable service is only available downstairs. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the layout with family spaces and porch. Proximity to the pool with all the kid features was a huge plus!! Plenty of bathrooms and towels. Beach chairs, noodles and pickleball also great!

The home is located in a quiet community, with access to a community pool, tot lot, lounge, and pickle ball courts just two minutes away by foot. The three bedrooms on the main level are perfect for vacationers that struggle with stairs. The amenities within the rental made for a perfect "make yourself at home" getaway.
The home is also near many good family restaurants and the local ice cream shop, Bonkey's, was an easy five minute trip each evening.
The only lasting concern we had is also mentioned in another review: the air conditioning is very weak on the second floor, making it notably warmer for vacationers staying on that level. Vacasa provided a pair of box fans, which helped, but the home would benefit from a stronger AC unit.
It's a 4.5 star review without the stronger AC unit, which is more of a minor annoyance once the fans are in place. We'd definitely recommend the home and plan on returning in the future.

Overall, we liked this home. The pool was very nice and the development provided a nice place to jog around in (which was good because the key fob does NOT work for the exercise room at the clubhouse). We didn't use the shuttle to Bethany, opting instead to drive to the beach, which took less than 10 minutes. The rooms were nice, but the mattresses in the downstairs guest bedrooms were uncomfortable and the water pressure in that shower was abysmal. The air conditioning issue upstairs has thankfully been resolved so that wasn't an issue. The kids enjoyed staying up there.
The most disappointing thing about this place was the lack of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtubs, and the backs of the toilets were disgusting. There was mold in the coffee pot and it looks like someone maybe gave a half-hearted attempt at vacuuming. Dishes were left in the dishwasher so we had to put those away. The garbage bins in the garage were overfull and, with the heat from the weekend, stunk up the entire garage. There were cobwebs all over the screened-in porch that looked like they'd been there for months. Even after I complained about this and asked someone to contact me about it, no one ever did.
Because of this lack of cleanliness and refusal to address it, I would not rent this location again.
