“The Whitetale Hideaway” is a quaint, clean, upgraded home on 20+ acres, with completely renovated bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Country feel with a short distance to Oneonta and Cooperstown. Front yard with mountain views with an apple orchard and pond on the property. Available during baseball tournament season. After long days at the ballfields, it was the perfect spot to come back, relax, and recharge for the next game.The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family. One of our favorite parts was simply looking outside and enjoying the incredible wildlife. We saw deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, ground hog and so many birds—it felt like we had front-row seats to nature every morning and evening!The peaceful setting in Burlington Flats was exactly what we needed after the excitement of tournament days, while still being an easy drive to Cooperstown. The hosts knocked it out of the park with their communication and hospitality, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.If you’re headed to Cooperstown for baseball and want a relaxing place to make family memories between games, don’t think twice—this is the place. We’d happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

Krystina is an amazing host with an absolutely beautiful property. From check in to check out our entire experience was seamless. From waking up to wildlife in the morning to go from seeing stars at night, it was a perfect getaway from the outside noise of baseball. Krystina was very attentive and quick to respond if we had any questions, and the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Thank you for being part of an incredible experience!

We were in town for Cooperstown Dreams Park. From the time we booked until we left the home, everything was perfect with the rental. Communication with the host was great. Check in was easy and the house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The property was beautiful to walk around and explore. The location was convenient and just far enough from the fields and downtown so we enjoyed the country roads and being in the mountains. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

We wanted a location close to area events that we attend annually. The cabin was clean, had the amenities we wanted, and it was located in a quiet rural setting. Our host, Krystina provided us with all of the information required for a very pleasant stay (and the bottle of wine you left us was wonderful!). We very much recommend this location!
