We had a great family vacation during spring break.
The house is just like it looks in the pictures, very colorful! All surfaces seemed newly painted, but most of it felt pretty dated, expect the mattresses, I think they were new. The kitchen was not that well equipped, but if you do not plan to cooks fancy dinners, you should be fine.
We had lots of fun in the pool with the toys .
The house was a perfect starting point to visit the beautiful beaches, all but a not too long drive away.

On two occasions, a man showed up in the fenced in backyard unannounced. One was the pool man, the other was the lawn man. Sheer curtains in the bedroom. Dirty floors. Broken poolside lounge chairs. No bedside table in one of the bedrooms. We ended up leaving a night early due to coming back from dinner and water coming out of the garage. They weren't going to send someone out to check it until we left the next day. Didn't want to wake up to a flood, so we left.
