The house was lovely, clean, and everything was as described. The host was accommodating and very prompt with his correspondence. I absolutely recommend this space!

Our stay at this house in NoDa this past weekend was acceptable but not amazing. Although most of the house was in good order, there were a few small things we wanted to mention for future travelers.
First, there is no body wash or shampoo, so be sure to bring your own. This was not mentioned in the description of the house.
Second, the bed in the master bedroom is rather rickety and does not provide a good night’s sleep. When two people are sleeping in the bed, anytime one person moves it cause the entire bed frame to shift and wakes up the other person. The connections of the frame are not securely put together. We attempted to use the bed, but had to move into the other bedroom in the middle of the night due to its poor condition. All the provided pillows are super thick as well, so please bring your own if your prefer a thinner pillow. This is just personal preference and did not factor into my review.
Lastly, we could not find the remote control for the fan in the second bedroom.
We let the owner know about each concern, but have not heard back from them after about a week. Perhaps they got their money and didn’t feel a need to respond.
None of these issues were huge problems separately. However, we felt it necessary to mention these issues here for other people who might be considering this house, especially at a rate of around $250-$300/night.
